| 05-MAY-2025 | Financial Results, Dividend | The Indian Hotels Company Limited has informed the exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held 05 May 2025 have inter-alia, approved the following matters: 1) The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025. 2) Recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.25/- per Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each fully paid up of the Company @ 225 % (previous year Rs. 1.75/- per Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each fully paid up @ 175%), subject to the approval of the Members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |  | |
