Mr. Adi Patel joined the Merchant Banking Division in November, 1993 and is currently the Managing Director of the Company and holds a Bachelor’s degree inCommerce and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant. Over the last 30 years, he has developed strong relationships with leading Indian and global clients across various Industry segments and has advised them on numerous strategic M&A / restructuring transactions.
